Contract linen hire is a stress free and cost effective alternative to laundering your own linen.

Whether you are a small holiday let, guest house, large hotel or holiday park we can offer the ideal linen package that suits your organisation.

Unlike the large national laundries that offer often poor quality pool stock linen, we supply a dedicated linen stock to your organisation which is supplied new and with no initial outlay charge. We effectively buy your organisation brand new linen at no cost to you and make the money back over the duration of the contact by laundering it. This way the same linen you send in to be laundered gets delivered back to you, so there is no time consuming order forms required for each delivery.

A dedicated linen stock offers a much higher quality to pool stock which tend to have a lot of time consuming reject items. Any item that does not meet our high quality control checks is either rewashed free of charge or the item of linen replaced, keeping reject levels to the bare minimum and making the lives of the housekeepers in your organisation easier and hassle free.

Flexible Linen Choice

We can offer the right linen package to suit your organisation.

Our high quality standard linen comprises of a choice of 70/30 TC 130 cotton rich sheets, 70/30 TC 200 cotton rich satin stripe duvet covers and pillowcases or 70/30 TC 130 plain white duvet covers and pillowcases.

All offer a high quality finish making your beds look clean, crisp and fresh, all supplied new and for the sole use of your organisation (subject to t&c)

If you require something a little extra special we can also provide 80/20 TC 200 plain white linen. This linen is of a higher thread count and offers your guests a little something more luxurious.


As well as bedding, we supply a range of high quality hand towels, bath towels, bath sheets and bath mats.

With a choice of weight (450g, 500g and 600g we can offer your guests in you organisation fresh, clean fluffy towels.

Also when you sign a linen contract with Thomsons they are supplied new and are for the sole use of your accommodation establishment.

Restaurant Linen

There is nothing better than walking into a quality restaurant and sitting down to clean, crisp tablecloths. That’s where we can help!

We can offer a range of designs and colours to suit your restaurants requirements, from plain white, ivyleaf, satin band and Apollo rose.

Again all of which would be supplied new so you can give your tables that little something extra, something your customers will appreciate!

We also have a pool stock of table linen which are available for one off events.
